Code of Ethics
This Code of Ethics is a summary statement of the standards by which massage therapists agree to conduct their practices and
is a declaration of the general principles of acceptable, ethical, professional behavior.
Massage therapists shall:
1. Demonstrate commitment to provide the highest quality massage therapy/bodywork to those who seek their professional
service.
2. Acknowledge the inherent worth and individuality of each person by not discriminating or behaving in any prejudicial
manner with clients and/or colleagues.
3. Demonstrate professional excellence through regular self-assessment of strengths, limitations, and effectiveness by
continued education and training.
4. Acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with clients and respect each client's right to
privacy.
5. Conduct all business and professional activities within their scope of practice, the law of the land, and project a
professional image.
6. Refrain from engaging in any sexual conduct or sexual activities involving their clients.
7. Accept responsibility to do no harm to the physical, mental and emotional well-being of self, clients, and associates.

Policies and Procedures
1. The Hours of Operations are Monday through Thursday 530pm-4pm
2. Arriving 15-30 minutes late results in paying full price and receiving a massage from the time you arrive and get into
the room until the scheduled stop time, and arriving later than 30 minutes late will be considered a cancellation.
3. If you need to cancel we advise you to call 12-24hours in advance, however certain circumstances will be allowed, such
as weather and severe illness or death in the family.
4. There is to be NO smoking before a session.
5. The use of cell phones is prohibited during any treatments as it is a distraction to you and your therapist. Please
turn all cell phones and pagers off before treatments.
6. Any misconduct that is considered harassing or inappropriate will not be tolerated and such persons will be asked to
leave.
7. New clients are advised to arrive or be at designated treatment area 15 to 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment
time to fill out Health History paper work.
8. We accept cash, money order, and checks. We do not accept any credit or debit cards. Sorry for the inconvenience.
9. More than 3 No Call/No Shows and/or Cancellations will result in termination of future treatment by such therapist
at the therapists discretion.
If for any reason the Therapist or Client does not follow the Policies and Procedures all future treatments will be canceled
or client will get referred out to a different Therapist.
